New and old residents of Westchester, Putnam and Rockland counties often find themselves in need of visiting the local town or village hall for building permits, registrations, paying taxes, etc.  These municipal offices are typically located in the same building.  Frequently, the municipal services likewise share their building with the local courthouse facilities.
